CNMC-H Pneumatic Polyurethane Foam Sprayer Introduction

The new CNMC-H pneumatic proportional unit has an advanced and compact design. It specializes in polyurethane foam for field use. Its special configuration features provide easy access to all its components, simplifying control functions and significantly reducing maintenance.

Primary Heating System

The Primary Heating System consists of two separate unsealed individual block heaters. Each heater heating element provides a total of 3000 W of power with the necessary control and safety features for accurate and reliable system performance. The special design of the heaters allows a DT of 30ºC and enables them to reach an application temperature of 70ºC under normal ambient conditions.

Proportioning Pumps

The system consists of two positive displacement piston pumps driven by air motors. The proportional pumps are made of high hardness tempered aluminum and are specially treated, resulting in a lower coefficient of friction, higher lubrication levels and increased wear resistance. The system includes a universal guiding system which ensures dynamic stability, thus ensuring correct alignment of the pumping unit and prolonging the life of the packing seals.

Recirculation system

The recirculation of both components allows the preset temperature of the heater to be reached more quickly before the start of spraying and during temporary shutdowns.

Hose Heating System (optional)

The hose heating system is designed for 1000 W per 15 m and can heat up to 90 m. of hose. The system

combines the innovative concept of heated hoses, in which copper resistance is evenly distributed around the hose. This allows for precise, even control of the temperature at which the product is used.
