Dual-speed sprayer is a breakthrough equipment in the modern spraying field, which realizes the double improvement of spraying efficiency and precision through the innovative dual-mode power system. Working Principle of Two-speed Sprayer
The dual-speed sprayer is equipped with a dual-mode power control system, which adapts to different spraying needs by switching between “high-speed” and “low-speed” modes with a single key:
High-speed mode: the motor operates at a high speed of 3000-4000rpm, driving the high-pressure pump to pressurize the paint to 20-30MPa, and realizing wide atomization (spray width 40-60cm) through the large-diameter nozzle, with a flow rate of 5-8L/min. It is suitable for large-area basic spraying, such as the exterior of buildings, automotive primer and other scenarios, and the working efficiency is more than 50% higher than that of the traditional equipment.
Low-speed mode: the motor speed is reduced to 1500-2000rpm, the paint pressure is controlled at 10-15MPa, combined with small-diameter nozzle and auxiliary compressed air (0.2-0.5MPa) to realize fine atomization (particle fineness 50-100μm), the flow rate is as low as 1-3L/min. It is suitable for fine scenes such as furniture top coat, crafts painting, etc., with the error of coating thickness ≤5%, and the utilization rate of paint is increased to 85%. Intelligent control system through the pressure sensor and PLC controller linkage, real-time adjustment of motor power and nozzle flow.
