The efficient operation of a spray machine depends not only on the performance of the equipment, but also on proper operation and scientific maintenance. This article summarizes key usage points and maintenance techniques to help users avoid malfunctions and ensure smooth construction.

Before using the spray machine, preliminary preparations are crucial. First, carefully watch the accompanying installation video to understand the structure of the equipment and how it is connected. Do not modify the wiring at the rear of the machine without authorization. Before starting the machine, ensure the hydraulic oil tank is filled with 46# hydraulic oil. Insufficient oil levels may cause wear on the plunger pump or motor binding. During the test run phase, thoroughly purge all air from the equipment’s internal system. Residual air can lead to uneven material mixing or crystallization that blocks pipelines. Additionally, verify the motor’s rotation direction is correct to prevent reverse operation, which can cause malfunctions.

During the operation process, attention to detail directly impacts construction quality. When stopping spraying, first shut off the machine, then turn off the air compressor. Use the residual pressure from the compressor to clean any remaining material from the spray gun and nozzle to prevent hardening and blockages. For hydraulic models, voltage stability must be monitored, as the motor and transformer are sensitive to voltage fluctuations. Voltage fluctuations must not exceed 5%; otherwise, it may cause the motor to overheat and burn out. If the customer's location has unstable voltage, it is recommended to use a three-phase generator to ensure equipment safety and avoid post-sales communication issues.

When the equipment is idle for an extended period, maintenance measures are essential. If the machine is idle for more than two months, it must be cleaned with a DOP solution. Remove the hoses and feed pump, inject DOP into the hoses and seal the ends, and submerge the bottom of the feed pump in DOP to prevent material crystallization and blockage. If the machine is idle for less than 1.5 months, the chemicals inside the hoses must be recovered to prevent solidification. During routine cleaning, pipes can be cleaned using organic solvents such as dichloromethane or acetone. The spray gun mixing chamber and nozzle can be soaked in acetone, and the nozzle can be cleaned using the hand drill from the accessory kit to ensure the small holes are unobstructed (if light can pass through, it is normal).

In addition, different machine models have special precautions. For example, the secondary pump oil cup of the H700 hydraulic machine must be filled with white oil, otherwise idling may wear out the seal ring; for the CNMC-E3 pneumatic machine, pay attention to the air source pressure and maintain it within the range of 0.5-0.8MPa to avoid insufficient pressure affecting the spraying effect. Following these specifications will not only extend the service life of the equipment, but also ensure stable construction quality.
