Polyurethane materials are renowned for their excellent insulation properties, and when combined with a spray machine, they enable efficient construction. Rigid polyurethane foam has a closed-cell density of 35-40 kg/m³, making it suitable for insulation applications in buildings, containers, cold storage facilities, and more. A set of 450 kg closed-cell polyurethane (250 kg of Component A and 200 kg of Component B) can cover approximately 10.34 cubic meters. If sprayed at a thickness of 5 cm, it can cover 206.8 square meters, meeting the needs of medium to small-scale insulation projects. Pneumatic sprayers are lightweight and flexible, suitable for applications such as prefabricated houses and interior wall insulation; hydraulic machines offer powerful performance, capable of handling large-scale insulation projects like cold storage facilities and grain silos. Their heating systems can rapidly increase temperature in cold regions, ensuring material flowability.

Polyurea materials are characterized by their high-strength waterproofing performance, making them an ideal choice for waterproofing projects. They have a fast gelation rate and must be applied using a spray machine. A thickness of 2 millimeters achieves optimal strength and durability. A batch of 430kg of polyurea material can cover approximately 180 square meters (2 millimeters thick), suitable for waterproofing applications such as roofs, basements, and bridges. Sprayers compatible with polyurea (such as the Winterboy-A25 and CNMC-500L) must have stable pressure output. Hydraulic models, which provide uniform pressure, are more suitable for large-scale projects like high-speed rail waterproofing and sewage tank waterproofing.

When applying the material, select equipment based on the material type: pneumatic models are suitable for polyurethane only, while hydraulic models are preferred for both polyurea and polyurethane. Additionally, using primer and topcoat can enhance performance — concrete surfaces require 0.3 kg/㎡ of primer, metal surfaces 0.15 kg/㎡; topcoat usage is 0.2 kg/㎡, with optional application as needed. The synergistic application of sprayers with polyurethane/polyurea is providing efficient and durable solutions for the building insulation and waterproofing industry.
