As a new coating material, polyurea has changed the concept and cognition of previous coatings by engineers and added new knowledge of coatings. Since the polyurea coating can withstand the full impact of a sledgehammer and the most severe abrasion, and at the same time has satisfactory flexibility, the coating film will not crack even if the obvious expansion and contraction causes the concrete cracking or the steel structure deformation. Under abnormal conditions such as outstanding pipelines and sinking, it can still cover the entire surface of the workpiece. Let's take a look at the detailed composition of polyurea spraying.

1. Polyurea spraying: It is an elastomer substance produced by the reaction of amino compound component and isocyanate component. Isocyanates can be both aromatic and aliphatic. The amino compound component in between can be monomers, polymers, isocyanate derivatives, prepolymers and semi-prepolymers.

2. Prepolymers and semi-prepolymers are made by reacting amino-terminated or hydroxyl-terminated compounds with isocyanate. The R component must be composed of an amino-terminated resin and an amino-terminated chain extender. The amino-terminated resin must not contain any hydroxyl components and catalysts, but can contain additives that facilitate the dispersion of the pigment.
