How to deal with polyurethane spray insulation equipment

The key to the quality of spray polyurethane construction can be divided into metal substrates and concrete substrates. Here's how to deal with polyurethane coating insulation equipment.

1. Polyurethane spray insulation equipment: shot blasting of concrete precast parts or use angle grinders and high-pressure water guns to remove dust and scum on the surface. After the substrate is completely dry, use the caulking material to level the surface, and the area that needs to be caulked until the caulking material is solidified and smoothed with an angle grinder. Then remove the dirt on the surface by brushing or roller coating (the matching primer is ready for use). The longest interval between primer recoating is 24 hours and the shortest is 3 hours.

2. Metal substrate treatment: first blast the substrate to Sa2.5 level, and level the defective parts such as welds with epoxy putty, so that the entire substrate can be smoothly transitioned, etc. The epoxy putty is cured and then ground with an angle grinder Flat, then clean the substrate, roll or brush two sets of primer.
