Polyurethane foaming technology commonly includes one-step foaming process, semi-prepolymer method and prepolymer method, etc. Let's learn about these processes for polyurethane foaming together.
Polyhydroester one-step foaming process. This process is commonly used, and the raw materials can also be weighed and placed in a container, mixed, poured into the mold, and ready to use. Normally, this process is greenhouse foaming, which is easy to shape and easy to use.
Polyhelium ester foaming semi-prepolymer method. In the later stage, materials such as polyether or polyester polyol need to be added. After the addition is completed, stir at high speed. When the materials are evenly mixed, the foam can be foamed.
Polyurethane foam prepolymer method. This process requires the black material and the white material to be combined to form a prepolymer. Add appropriate amount of water, active agent and catalyst, etc., with high-speed stirring to make it foam. After it is cured, it can be cured by heating it slightly.
The three processes mentioned above are all important technologies for polyurethane foaming. For more information on polyurethane, please continue to pay attention to Hightop Machinery.
