Dual 3000W block heaters reach 70°C application temperature with precision temperature differential (DT) control of 30°C, ensuring stable foam output even in varying ambient conditions. The unsealed design allows for rapid heat-up and reliable performance.
Two positive displacement piston pumps driven by air motors, constructed from high-hardness tempered aluminum with specialized surface treatment. Features lower friction coefficient, superior lubrication levels, and extended wear resistance. Universal guiding system ensures dynamic stability and correct alignment, prolonging packing seal life.
Fast pre-heating circulation allows the system to reach preset temperatures quickly before spraying and during temporary shutdowns, reducing idle time and improving job-site efficiency.
1000W per 15m heating capacity, supporting up to 90m of heated hose. Evenly distributed copper resistance wire around the hose enables precise, uniform temperature control at the spray nozzle.
