There are many types of agricultural sprayers. There are manpower-driven and power-driven, and their respective working principles are also different.

According to the working principle, sprayers can be divided into hydraulic, pneumatic and centrifugal sprayers.

(1) In general, the sprayer driven by manpower is hydraulic, that is, hydraulic, which pumps the liquid out through hydraulic pressure.

(2) Pneumatic sprayer sprays by air flow, and can spray low volume and trace amount. Compared with the hydraulic sprayer, the uniformity of the droplets is better, and the droplets are smaller, which can be used for drifting or targeted spraying.

(3) The centrifugal sprayer is a spraying device that uses the centrifugal force of the centrifugal nozzle to rotate at high speed to disperse or atomize the liquid medicine. The sprayed mist droplets are relatively uniform in size, the diameter of the mist droplets is adjustable, the rotating speed of the centrifugal nozzle is high, and the mist droplets are small. It can spray pesticides with higher viscosity. Can be used for ultra-low volume spray and low volume spray.
