![]() The polyurethane foaming machine is inseparable from the heat in operation, so how much influence does temperature have on the polyurethane foaming agent? The foaming machine is operated by heating. With heat, the blowing agent will evaporate to form foam. Heat comes from two aspects, one is the heat generated by chemical reactions, and the other is provided by the environment, the former is fixed and not affected by external factors. The heat provided by the environment changes with the change of the ambient temperature. The air temperature is very important for the polyurethane foaming machine. Experiments show that the amount of foaming at an ambient temperature of 15°C is 25% less than that at 25°C. On the other hand, it will form a layer. The layer is not completely foamed, or even without the hard skin of the foam, which increases the amount of foam injected and increases the cost of foam production. Therefore, the environmental temperature factor must be strictly controlled during operation. |
