1. Raw material system. The pressure of the raw material tank should be dry air, and nitrogen should be used as much as possible. Before starting the machine every day, turn the turntable of the raw material filter to the left or right a few times, and remove 200~300ml of raw material from the bottom outlet of the raw material filter once a week. Remove the filter once a year and clean the inner filter sheet with dichloromethane and a copper brush, and then use DOP to clear the dichloromethane left on the filter sheet for installation and use. Replace the sealing ring of the black shake variable pump every 3 months, and replace the sealing ring of the white material variable pump every 6 months. The O-rings of the measuring head and distribution head should be replaced at least once every six months.
2. Air pressure system. Keep filtering the water once a week and keep the machine lubricated. Fill the oil cup with lubricating oil.
3. Shaft seal of small piston. Because its external oil drain hole is often blocked by the foaming liquid, it is not easy to find even if the shaft seal is broken, causing the hydraulic oil to enter the foaming liquid when the small oil is opened (that is, when the mixing head is injected) , Causing serious quality accidents, so it is necessary to keep the oil drain hole of the extra small oil cylinder unobstructed and regularly check and replace the shaft seal.
