On August 13, 2026, Shandong Hightop Group officially opened its 2026 Mid-Year Sprint Awards & Summary Conference under the theme "Reviewing to Break Through, Tempering Excellence; United in Purpose to Create New Glory." With half of 2026 already behind the team, department heads and all business staff gathered to review the first six months, sharpen the path forward, and sound the call for a full-year sprint.

The mid-year conference was organized across several focused sessions and breakout rooms, running on a clear timetable. The agenda included executive summaries, mid-year sprint award presentations, division-specific work reports, and in-depth manager-level strategy discussions. Each segment was designed to move from high-level review to actionable planning.

Foreign Trade Group

General Manager Wang took the stage first to deliver a comprehensive review of the group's first-half trading performance. She noted that despite a complex and shifting external environment, the foreign trade team has remained steady while seeking breakthroughs, treating every opportunity and challenge as a growth driver.

The share of core business regions has risen significantly.

For the second half of 2026, the division will focus on core product line planning, overseas market development, supply chain improvement, and marketing capability upgrades. She called on the team to stay aligned, tackle hard problems together, and push toward the full-year target.

Cross-Border Retail Group

General Manager Zhou shared a full review of the cross-border retail division's first-half growth. He highlighted progress in team building, multi-platform operations, and the global overseas warehouse network, while also addressing the operational challenges currently facing the business.

For the second half, the division has defined five core priorities: business growth, product optimization, supply chain upgrades, localized platform development, and team capability building. The goal is to keep evolving as a unit, strengthen overall competitiveness, and drive steady performance gains through the end of the year.

Domestic Trade Group

General Manager Lyu summarized the domestic trade group's first-half work, covering overall operations, platform performance, product sales, and team development.

He recognized key milestones including business growth, breakthroughs in key products, and team expansion. At the same time, he directly addressed real gaps: uneven progress across teams, weaker capabilities on newer platforms, and room for improvement in new product categories.

The second-half plan centers on platform deepening, product growth, and customer retention. Lyu encouraged the team to break away from fixed thinking, turn review insights into action, and close the gap toward the annual goal.

Production Center

Director Zhao reported strong first-half results from the factory. Production capacity, delivery performance, and new R&D conversions all rose substantially, while quality improved, costs declined, and the safety record remained stable.

She acknowledged remaining weaknesses in incoming material quality and production scheduling alignment, noting that multiple corrective measures have already been implemented. For the second half, the production center will prioritize the new factory relocation, advance the full-year capacity target, improve end-to-end product management, organize team-building activities, and strengthen cohesion in support of the group's year-end goals.

Mid-Year Sprint Awards

After the reviews, the conference moved into the highly anticipated mid-year sprint awards ceremony, honoring team members who led the charge in June.

A total of 83 people received awards, including ¥108,000 in cash and ¥277,000 in product rewards, for a combined value of ¥385,000.

One by one, award winners took the stage to applause. They expressed a shared commitment to keep pushing forward in the second half, take the initiative to break through challenges, and help the group deliver on its full-year strategy.

Each honor is both a testament to hard work and a driving force, inspiring all employees to follow the example set by these standout performers and maintain their momentum through the second half of the year.

Strategy Sessions

The day after the conference, the group continued with dedicated mid-year work reporting sessions.

Business units including the Domestic Trade Group, Foreign Trade Group, Cross-Border Retail Group, and Mingke Machinery Group presented their plans.

The sessions spanned from frontline specialist reviews to manager-level deep dives and executive-level strategic thinking. Participants explored value creation, team efficiency, and long-term competitiveness from multiple angles: frontline staff focused on process optimization and professional skills; management teams worked to remove collaboration barriers and unlock team potential; and senior leaders examined industry trends and new growth drivers.

The open exchange of ideas turned the meeting into more than a performance review — it became a shared conversation about capability evolution and future direction. Participants spoke openly, found consensus through dialogue, and sought breakthroughs through reflection.

Looking Ahead

With the first half now a foundation, Hightop Group is turning its focus to the second half of 2026. The conference set a clear tone: convert review insights into concrete action plans, put shared decisions into practice on the front lines, face market challenges directly, and seize every growth opportunity. The entire organization will move forward together, step by step, toward the full-year target and a new chapter of success for the group.
