511 Mortar Spraying Machine: The all-rounder for building coating, achieving the efficiency of ten people with just one operator!

In the construction industry, applying skim coat is time-consuming, spraying stone-effect paint results in a rough finish, and levelling with cement mortar is labour-intensive—the 511 mortar sprayer tackles all these common challenges with a single machine. Capable of spraying both smooth emulsion paint and textured mortar, its robust design maximises application efficiency across a range of materials, making it a standard piece of equipment on many construction sites.

The specifications of this machine are designed purely for practicality: a 380V power supply ensures a steady power output, the large 80-litre hopper eliminates the need for frequent refilling, and the 32cm-diameter pipe allows for the smooth passage of granules up to 6mm in size, reducing blockages by more than half. Its operational capabilities are equally impressive: a 20-metre discharge height reaches high-rise external walls, a 40-metre discharge range covers large industrial premises, and an output of 200 m²/h is more than ten times faster than manual labour. Weighing just 280 kg, the wheeled chassis is highly manoeuvrable, making it effortless to move between small construction sites or reposition on large-scale projects.

What makes life easier for contractors is its compatibility, as it covers the main types of materials used in architectural coatings:

1. Fine-textured materials: Suitable for fine-textured coatings such as skim coat and emulsion paint; after spraying, the finish is even and smooth, avoiding the unevenness associated with manual application and enhancing the wall’s smoothness and aesthetic appeal;

2. Textured materials: Supports spraying of products such as natural stone paint and textured coatings; by adjusting parameters, the texture of the coating can be precisely controlled to replicate the decorative effects of stone and other textures, thereby meeting the requirements for exterior wall design;

3. Protective materials: Compatible with waterproof coatings, waterproofing materials, cement mortar and the like; when sprayed, they form a dense protective layer that enhances the waterproofing and crack-resistant properties of walls and roofs, making them suitable for protective applications such as basements, kitchens and bathrooms;

4. Substrate materials: Suitable for application over substrates such as sprayable plaster and lightweight mortar, enabling rapid levelling of walls and preparation of the substrate, thereby simplifying the construction process.
