What is a two-component sprayer?

Two-component sprayer refers to the A/B component coatings, when spraying construction fusion spraying operation, or the main liquid material with the curing agent in the spraying construction according to a certain ratio of mixing spray, to achieve the best coating effect.

According to the different mixing ratios of the two-component coatings used by the customers and the different curing time after mixing, the two-component sprayers are divided into mechanical proportioning type, electronic proportioning type, and mixing type outside the gun, mixing type inside the gun. For fast curing two-component coatings, only the out-of-gun or in-gun mixing type is available.
