According to the provisions of the national statutory holidays, and taking into account the actual situation of the company, the following arrangements are made for the May Day holiday in 2023:
I. Saturday, April 29 (Saturday) - Wednesday, May 3 (Wednesday) holiday transfer, a total of 5 days;
April 22 morning (Saturday), April 23 all day (Sunday), May 6 all day (Saturday) to work. The production department makes its own arrangements according to production needs;
Second, from May 4, the summer season working hours will be implemented as follows
Monday to Friday: 8:40 am-12:00 pm 13:30-17:30 pm
Saturday: 8:40 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
Second, during the holiday period, if there are departmental arrangements for duty, please ask the department manager to promptly report the duty and post-holiday transfer (to be completed in the same month) arrangements to the Personnel Department for the record, so that the follow-up as the basis for attendance, thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Third, the day before the holiday should be closed doors and windows, cut off the power switch or unplug the power socket to ensure the safety of the office during the holiday. Pay attention to safety and personal protection when going out during the holiday.
