The raw liquids of the two components of A and B are accurately proportioned and stirred at high speed. Two high-precision metering pumps are used to transport the A and B components to the mixing head. After high-speed and intensive stirring, the material and liquid are evenly sprayed out to form the desired product. From the aspect of power, it can be classified into: high-speed impeller type, high-pressure air type, blast medium and low pressure type. A complete polyurea spraying equipment consists of the following systems: material flow system, metering system, gas circuit system, heating system, cleaning system, mixing device. Polyurea spraying equipment is a special equipment for polyurethane foam infusion and foaming.

As long as the polyurethane component raw materials (isocyanate component and polyether polyol component) performance indicators meet the formula requirements.

Even and qualified foam products can be produced through polyurea spray equipment. It is made of polyether polyol and polyisocyanate in the presence of a variety of chemical additives such as blowing agent, catalyst, emulsifier, etc., through chemical reaction to foam to prepare foam. Polyurea spraying equipment can be used for automotive interior decoration, thermal insulation wall spraying, thermal insulation pipe manufacturing, bicycle and motorcycle seat sponge processing. Polyurea spraying equipment is a special equipment for polyurethane foam infusion and foaming. The foaming principle of the polyurea spraying equipment: A and B two components of the original liquid, after precise proportioning and high-speed stirring, two high-precision metering pumps, each of the A and B components are delivered to the mixing head.

Polyurea spraying equipment is a special equipment for infusing and foaming polyurethane foam. As long as the performance indicators of polyurethane components (isocyanate components and polyether polyol components) meet the requirements of the formula. Through this equipment, uniform and qualified foam products can be produced. It is made of polyether polyol and polyisocyanate in the presence of a variety of chemical additives such as blowing agent, catalyst, emulsifier, etc., through chemical reaction to foam to prepare foam.

Precautions for the operation of polyurea spraying equipment 1. For the operation of polyurea spraying equipment, you must wear protective glasses, work clothes and work caps, and rubber gloves for polyurethane A and B composite materials. The working environment must be well ventilated, clean and hygienic. When the ambient temperature is high, the foaming agent in the polyurethane A material will partially vaporize and generate pressure. Therefore, the vent cover should be opened to discharge the gas and release the pressure before opening the barrel cover. 2. When polyurea spraying equipment has flame retardant requirements for foam, polyurea spraying equipment can use additive flame retardants. The addition amount of ordinary flame retardants is 15-20% of the weight of the white material, and the flame retardant is added to polyurethane A material It must be stirred evenly before foaming. 3. During the manual foaming operation of the polyurea spraying equipment, the polyurethane A and B combined materials are accurately weighed in proportions and poured into the container at the same time, stirred with a stirrer above 2000 rpm for 8-10 seconds, and then poured into the mold for foaming The demolding time depends on the product requirements, foam thickness, etc. 4. When the skin comes into contact with the combined polyurethane A material, use soap and water to rinse. When the polyurea spraying equipment is handling the polyurethane B material (it has a certain irritation), do not inhale its vapor and do not splash it on the skin and eyes. When it reaches the skin and eyes, it must be wiped off with medical cotton immediately, then rinsed with plenty of water for 15 minutes, and then rinsed with soap or alcohol.

Polyurea spraying equipment is inseparable from heat during operation, so how much influence does temperature have on the polyurethane foaming agent? The foaming machine relies on heat to operate. With the heat, the foaming agent will evaporate to produce foam. The heat comes from two aspects, one is the heat generated by the chemical reaction, the other is provided by the environment, and the former is Fixed, not affected by external factors, the heat provided by the environment changes with changes in the ambient temperature.

Temperature is very important for polyurea spraying equipment. Experiments show that the foaming volume at an ambient temperature of 15°C is 25% smaller than that at 25°C. On the other hand, a layer of insufficient foaming or even insufficient foaming will be formed on the surface of the foam. The non-foaming hard skin increases the amount of foam infusion and increases the cost of foam production. Therefore, we must strictly control the environmental temperature factor during the operation.
